Let’s play Alphabet appreciation! The art of appreciation ( or gratitude), is scientifically proven to be beneficial for your overall wellbeing. In addition, those of you who are fans of the law of attraction, will know that whatever you appreciate, you will attract more of into your life.

Appreciation is high vibrational
Any time you feel appreciation, whether it is for yourself or someone or something in your life, you are training your body into a high vibrational frequency. Appreciation is actually the matching vibration to source energy.
Alphabet appreciation is a fun way to raise your vibration and practice appreciation. The game is simple, every day, go through the alphabet and name something ( or somebody) that you appreciate in your life. Self appreciation is really important so don’t leave yourself out!
Don’t make this hard work for you though – you do not want to force yourself to play or you will end up going upstream. Make it fun and split it up during the day or week if this feels better for you. If you are struggling for inspiration, here is a list I found of positive words.
