With 2018 nearly upon us, take a few minutes to focus on the main emotions that you felt during 2017? If your year was filled with happiness, joy, contentment and satisfaction, then well done you!
However, if your year was filled with disappointment, hurt, sadness, guilt and regret, you may wish to do yourself a huge favour and free yourself from negative emotions in 2018.
Science shows we simply repeat over 88% of our thoughts each day, so if we don’t choose to do something about our existing beliefs and thoughts, we will simply just carry all of our negative emotions with us into 2018, 2019 and even through the rest of our lives.
Think about it…..what feelings and beliefs have you simply been carrying around for years? What never seems to change in your life despite you trying so hard to make things different? It isn’t as difficult as you may think.
