Over the years, the Life Coach industry has changed.   When I first launched my Life Coaching business in 2000, all my clients came to my office in Sydney, Australia.   Now based in Northamptonshire, UK,  70% of my clients now request online life coaching or online career coaching.

Many of us lead such busy lives these days so being able to coached in a flexible way is ideal for many people.  No more rushing to finish work, trying to find somewhere to park or taking time off work to visit a Life Coach.  Online  coaching can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Is there any difference?

The way you have your Life Coaching sessions is entirely up to you.  I always say to my new clients to trust their intuition  and ask themselves ‘ How do I want to be coached‘.

The fact is, there is no difference between face to face life coaching and online coaching.    As a professional coach, I have the training and knowledge to ensure that your coaching is inspiring, fun and transformational, regardless of the method it is conducted.
