What a wonderful time I had last week being a guest motivational speaker  with P&O cruises!   After successfully passing the the guest speaker audition at Cunard House in  Southampton,  this was my first engagement as a P&O Cruise Speaker.   This was not my first engagement as a cruise ship speaker as I have also worked on other cruise lines such as Princess Cruises and Royal Caribbean.

My first trip was onboard the P&O Ventura was an Easter cruise to Amsterdam, Bruges and Guernsey.

Cruise Speaker

As a P&O cruise speaker I only speak on Sea Days.    A sea day is when the ship is not docked at port and is out on the open sea.   For this specific cruise,  I had been engaged to speak for two sea days but after high winds left us unable to dock at Guernsey, I pulled an extra presentation out of the hat to run an extra guest speaker session on the unplanned sea day!

Speaker Topics:

As this was a just a 7 day cruise,    I covered 3 key workshop topics.   These were as follows:

  1. Building Confidence in less than 1 minute a day
  2. How to stop worrying
  3. How to be your own best friend.

I was delighted that the turn out to my workshops was excellent.  Also, a big thank you to the crew who are always so helpful when setting up the stage and technical equipment.

Thank you to my audience!

Motivational speaking is a true passion of mine. I always love being on stage and for me, it is so downstream! It is always lovely that people often reach out to me during and after the cruise to additional heal and support.
