A 5 week transformational group Life Coaching course. 1.5 hours per week. This course covers:
- The importance of feeling good and caring about how you feel
- Using your emotions as your guidance
- Dealing with negative emotions including anxiety, stress etc.
- Childhood beliefs
- Inner Child Therapy
- People pleasing, confidence, self care and much much more!
- There is also a private Facebook group with lots of help and support between each Group Life Coaching course.
