If you have been on the receiving end of hearing some yucky things  about yourself, e.g. that you are worthless, not good enough or not confident enough etc,  the chances are these are lies that you still believe about yourself.  These are your negative beliefs and old outdating programming.

Most of the time we are not even conscious of what our negative beliefs are.  Many of them are formed during childhood. T hey are actually passed down from generation to generation.  However, they become our programming for life, they become the lies that you believe about yourself.

Negative Beliefs lead to Negative Self Talk

Our negative beliefs, lead to our negative self talk.  These beliefs actually hold a ‘ vibration’ –  a low frequency.  So without realising it,  if you believe you are worthless, you are unconsciously sending out this signal to the world.  This signal then gets ‘ copied’.   The copy will be in the form of an assortment of people or circumstances which will simply copy (or reflect back to you) your overall feelings of being worthless.

I am not Important

If you believe you are not important,  you will also continue to attract people into your life who support and ‘ copy’ the belief that you are not important.

Take a few minutes to think about the reoccurring issues in your life?   What unwanted  experiences do you keep repeating over and over again?  Do you keep attracting unhealthy relationships, unavailable partners, bullying bosses or a shortage of money?  If so, then this is just your photo copier at play, reflecting back to you your negative beliefs about love, relationships, money and also how you expect people to treat you.

Feeling Unlovable

70% of the world’s population is held hostage by the negative belief that they are unlovable.  They may convince themselves as an adult that this belief is not true.  Unless the belief is healed from childhood, it will continue to be copied as deep down, you still believe this lie about yourself. Feeding this little treasure into the photocopier will almost guarantee that you attract situations and people in your life who act out in ‘unloving’ ways towards you.

If this wasn’t bad enough, experiencing all this unloving stuff will simply attach even more legs to the belief that you are 100%, UNLOVEABLE.

Self Fulfilling Prophecy

One of my Life Coaching clients, Helen, got trapped on the self-fulfilling unlovable merry go round. As a child, she was informed that she wasn’t good enough and she often felt deprived of love and a good old bedtime story.

As an adult, her partner often planted the seed in her mind what a rotten person she was and how ‘lucky’ she was to have him.  As a result of this, she stayed firmly rooted in a toxic marriage for over twenty years as she was wholeheartedly convinced that no other man would even contemplate buying her dinner, never mind falling in love with her.   The negative belief of being ‘ unlovable’ just kept being copied in her life over and over again.  No wonder Helen could not just leave her partner, she was running on her old programming.

Remember this little gem… Whatever you Believe… you will Receive!

Thoughts, Beliefs and Feelings

If  you really want to see changes appearing in your life, you need to start look at what thoughts, feelings and negative beliefs  are feeding into your photocopier.  You need to do a clear out of the lies that you believe about yourself.
